Damages & Returns:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process a claim on your behalf. There is no warranty for damaged item(s) due to the user misusing or incorrectly installing it. 

Return requests and/or damaged/defective parts must be reported within 20 days of delivery. If reported after 20 days, the item(s) cannot be considered for a refund or exchange, no exceptions. If returns are accepted, the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and must be in new, unused condition with no signs of damage. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20-$35 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. Any cancellations can result in a 25% restocking fee after one week. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. The credit should be visible on your credit card statement within 3-7 business days after the refund is processed.
